Pig Years
These years are when family matters should take highest precedence. As an extension, concerns for society should also be stressed. Governments will be more concerned with internal affairs. Unfinished tasks should be completed rather than starting new endeavors.

Pigs in Rooster Years
Pigs will be moderately successful in business this year, but high-risk speculation must be avoided. Family life will bring some stress, but overall will be satisfying.

Pig Personality
Although Pigs are ambitious, they concentrate on the fruits of their labors and look forward to retirement. Caring and industrious, they have a strong concern for their family. However, their caring nature also tends to lead to a high level of naiveté.

Pig Symbolism
Pigs symbolize the end of the day, a time of completing any remaining tasks. Strongly related to the home, Koreans consider having dreams about pigs before moving into a new home as the ultimate in good fortune. It can also mean fortune and wealth, shown by the abundance of piggy banks.
